With more than 25 years of experience in the relocation and real estate industries, Mary Louise Montague is widely recognized in the relocation management profession. She works hand-in-hand with corporate contacts and transferees, offering the perfect balance of corporate expertise and personal commitment to her clients. Mary Louise’s ability to implement and manage a company’s unique relocation policies, coupled with her desire to ensure each transferee’s expectations are surpassed, gives her a unique edge in the marketplace.
As President of Harborside, Mary Louise builds partnerships with corporations in need of relocation services. Focused on the professional growth of transferees and their employers, she lends her expertise to the assessment, creation and/or implementation of their relocation policies and offers the comprehensive management services of Harborside. Mary Louise has also designed a very effective needs assessment tool to help corporations forecast their individual demand for relocation services.
Prior to entering the corporate relocation field, Mary Louise spent several years building diverse relationships with community and corporate leaders. She has been a Peace Corps Volunteer (teaching high school in Africa), Social Worker and award-winning Real Estate Agent. And her list of professional accomplishments is outshined only by the enthusiasm, energy and commitment she brings to each Harborside client.
Mary Louise has a long history of active community involvement. She is currently a member of the Chesapeake Human Resources Association (CHRA), Ft. McHenry Association, and the Howard County Human Resources Association. She is a past Board Member of CHRA and the Harford County Chamber of Commerce and has also been involved with the Hunt Valley Business Association, Greater Baltimore Committee and The Downtown Partnership.
Mary Louise has two grown sons and resides in Baltimore County with her husband.
